Oprah Winfrey is known for her kindness and giving. But more importantly, she encourages others to “pay it forward” and change the world around them, in any way small way they can.

It seems the Chaffee sisters of Churubusco, Indiana (near Fort. Wayne) used their $1000 debit card for desperately needed teeth.

On a show yet to air, Oprah Winfrey gave each audience member a $1000 debit card to be used for charitable purposes.

Candice and Angela Chaffee put their money to use by helping Sandra Byrd.

In fact, they called a local dentist, Dr. Todd Saalfrank, to reduce the cost so that Sandra could get dentures to replace the 11 bad teeth that needed to be pulled and give Sandra the bright smile she had yearned for since childhood.
